Testimonials

"Jo did the most fun at-home pilates class for my best friend’s bachelorette party!! We had an absolute blast. Jo tailored the class perfectly for our group of 15 beginners - we al learned a lot, had fun, and were even a little sore the next day (in a great way)! "

-Casey R.

"Jo’s studio is absolutely beautiful and her classes are great! Her studio always has an amazing community of people which make attending the classes even nicer. Thank you, Jo, for helping me strengthen my body and mind!!"

-Shin Ae L.

"Highly recommend. I have been a customer for 5+ months and have taken private lessons, reformer group classes, and mat and tower classes. I have made very significant progress in that time and look forward to continuing. The studio is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The instructors are outstanding and focus not only on physical health but also overall well-being. I leave my sessions feeling strong, relaxed and happy!"
